Terms & Conditions
These terms are in place to ensure a safe, professional, and consistent experience for all clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
1. Minimum Age
All clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo, in accordance with Scottish law. Valid photographic ID may be required.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required per person to secure all bookings.

£40 for appointments up to 1 hour 30 minutes

£80 for appointments of 2 hours or more
Deposits are deducted from the final price of your tattoo. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of one week’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit

Repeated changes may require a new deposit
4. Health & Medical Conditions
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to their appointment, including but not limited to:

Diabetes

Skin conditions
-
Allergies
-
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
-
Use of blood-thinning medication
The studio reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
5. Alcohol & Drugs
We do not provide services to clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such cases, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
6. Design Approval
Clients are required to review and approve the design prior to the start of the appointment.
Once the tattooing process has begun, changes to the design cannot be made.
7. Pricing & Payments
Prices vary depending on size, placement, and complexity.

Full payment is due on the day of your appointment

Payments can be made via cash, card, or bank transfer (where available)
8. Touch-Up Policy
Touch-ups may be offered within a specified time frame (typically 4–6 weeks), depending on the design.

Additional charges may apply for hand or finger tattoos

Touch-ups are not included where aftercare instructions have not been followed
9. Aftercare
Aftercare instructions will be provided following your appointment.
The studio is not responsible for any complications, infections, or issues that arise due to improper aftercare or failure to follow provided guidance.
10. Client Responsibility
By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions
11. Photography & Use of Images
The studio may take photographs of completed work for use in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials.
If you prefer not to have your tattoo photographed or shared, please inform us prior to your appointment.
12. Right to Refuse Service
The studio reserves the right to refuse service at any time for justified reasons, including but not limited to:

Health and safety concerns

Unsuitable design requests

Inappropriate behaviour
13. Liability
By proceeding with a booking and signing the consent form, you acknowledge that:

Tattooing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, and healing complications

You accept these risks and release the studio from liability arising from the procedure, except where required by law
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled under the appropriate UK jurisdiction.
